This presentation will be most helpful to those with strong opinions, passion to improve, and ambition to be a servant leader. A nudge is a way to lead without authority or positional power. In this interactive session we will create a toolset of strong nudges to take your team to the next level. Build subtle yet powerful nudges and practice different ways to lead by nudging.
