Leading the Path to Eminence

This talk provides an overview of external eminence and its influence in  our career journey. Having received the SWE Spark award, I am dedicated  towards encouraging women to talk of their contributions to the STEM  fields through awards. Leteshia Lowe is a senior test and quality assurance engineer at IBM,  where she is responsible for the testing of the IBM FlashSystem product  family. She has received many awards for her technical work including the Society of Women Engineers Spark Award (2021).  She currently serves as the President SWE Houston Area.
