This high school robotics event is exciting and a time to inspire young women (and men) who are interested in STEM!

Time & Location
Sep 09, 2022, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pittsburg High School, 1750 Harbor St, Pittsburg, CA 94565, USA
About the Event
Judges evaluate teams in the pit area (where the team works on their robot) and on the field (where they compete). For some awards, the judging will be in an interview room (Founders Award, Entrepreneurship) and for one award (mentor of the year) can be done virtually on Saturday. Award categories range from system design to autonomous control to imagery to innovation. We typically need about 16 judges in total guided by a Judge Advisor. These high school teams are a joy to watch and learn from as they share the excitement of building a robot for this year’s game, the impact the team has had on their local community, or the outreach they have done with younger students. Be a part of their experience and inspire them!
Lunch is provided (and the cool polo!); safety glasses (or side shields for those with glasses) and closed toe footwear is required…
